Payment Policy
Payments Accepted
- Direct Pay (No Insurance): Requires a $50 deposit at time of booking. The balance is due up to 2hrs before your scheduled visit.
- Health Insurance Accepted: No deposit required when paid by your health insurance plan. Appointments will be confirmed after your carrier approves your eligibility. To see the list of insurance plans we accept, please visit our Appointment Page.
Refunds, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
- Refunds for cancellations or credits for rescheduling: Will be honored up to 24hrs in advance of the scheduled appointment.
